Cora: *sleeps soundly, pretty tired after a day of organizing Cami's birthday party*
V: *had brought the blanket up to cover cora, and now was within his own sleep, though not as deeply dreaming as she*
Cami: *wanders into V's bedroom, standing at the foot of the bed with her teddy bear and blanket*
Cami: *climbs up onto the bed, crawling into the space between her mother and V, trying not to shake the bed around too much*
Cami: *settles down on the bed, using her legs to kick down the covers to climb under them herself, clinging tightly to her teddy bear and blankie*
Cami: *looks very sleepy, spreading her blanket out over the top of the blanket, looking rather distressed*
Cami: *whimpers as she snuggles up closer to V, whispering quietly* ...Papa.. i had a bad dream...
V: *hears her speak to him, he wakes, looking concerned at Cami* What kind of a bad dream sweetheart?
Cami: Someone was hurting Mama... they were sticking sharp things into her.. she was bleeding...
V: *reaches out, running his fingers thoguh her hair to soothe her* But it was just a dream... see... your mother is asleep and safe, just like you are...
Cami: *yawns softly, before snuggling closer against V* I am afraid of the dark, Papa...
V: I'll watch over you...
Cami: And... and Mama too..?
V: *kisses her head* Yes, both of you.....
Cora: *still fast asleep snuggles against Cami, delicately snoring*
Cami: *half asleep herself* do you... love us Papa?
V: *whispering softly* with all my heart sweetheart...
V: Go to sleep, you had a really big day, happy birthday.. *closes his eyes to fall back asleep*
Cami: *has already fallen asleep, curled up against him and with her teddy bear clutched tightly against her*
Cora: *sleeps snuggling her daughter* ~~~<3
