Cora: Nurse Desii... thank you so much for you sound advice about getting to sleep. I have been keeping track of my nightmares and things in my journal.... It's no use... I do manage to pass out from exhaustion for an hour or so after every few days of not sleeping... but I haven't had restful sleep in about a month now... I sleep much better when V is here... I am so exhausted all the time.. if I'm not sleeping how can I expect to take care of my child?
Cora: I will be passing on your advice to my friend.. soon. Some of the things you mentioned I didn't even think of to tell him! I'm glad I have such a smart nurse friend...
Cora: I hate to keep coming to you for medical advice... but a really strange phenomenon has been happening recently. I've been getting some really heavy nosebleeds... I'm not quite sure how exactly this this happening.
