Dear
Cora, we have never met, but I have read about you and your situation
touches my heart. I am Phoenix Renee, and at the moment I'm playing a
character named Margo Fontana. I just wanted you to know that I would
love to offer my friendship and any advice you might need about how to
deal with guys.
From what I can see, it sounds like you have
been taken advantage of by the guys around you, while the one you truly
love is being distant. This is not as uncommon as most people think.
For some strange reason, guys like the woman who is "hard to get" while
if you make yourself too available, they just take what they like and go
on their way. Awful, I know but guys are like that.
Sometimes
you have to stand up and br firm with men. If you show them that you
won't put up with their... how shall I say this... "horse hockey"...
they'll respect you. But for guys to respect a lady, she first has to
respect herself. Remember, Cora, dear, women are far stronger than men,
and smarter in many ways, too. So stand up for yourself and when someone
gives you grief, just walk away from them!
Oh, yes..
And one last thing, to you and yours from all of us at Swanage Mansion, and Grayson Hall...
Happy Thanksgiving!
