desii: hmmm i would like you to try some things since you lack of sleeping from nightmares. one write everything down from the nightmares people places what you see the colors you see how it feels. i want you to go through every detail in seeing if you can make links in your current life with them most who suffer from nightmares tend to have things to occur or occuring that co-aside with them. next before you do to be i want you to think of all the good thing in your life look at photos that are bright and cherry photos of drawn hearts people you love children and also listen to relaxing music. try to be as comfy as possible such as warming covers havin a glass of water near buy and coax your body into a state of felt saftey.

desii: as for your friend hmm theres sounds more stress related best to have them try activties to wear them out and have them write down what occurs during their daily routine. it is best to empty out all thoughts before even attempting to sleep and perhaps a good soak in a tub alone will help.
