Tai: *speaking quietly as well as Naoki is lightly snoring next to him* Hi Pink Princess. I know I don't usually message you directly, but Lachlan asked me to because she's very concerned about how hard you are being on Shiki.
Tai: *mutters*Geez, I can't believe I'm talking about gay sex to a woman... *a little louder* Anyway, Lachlan is right, Cora. You are being unnecessarily hard on this Shiki guy over his not going through with the deed. I'm not sure if you understand fully how different it is, physically, when it's guys.
Tai: As I understand it, when a female "loses it" she hurts the first time, but after that provided her partner knows what he's doing and is skillful she's going to enjoy herself. For gay guys, it's totally different. I mean, face it, we were not anatomically designed to do the sorts of things we do.
Tai: If the guy on top, I'll use the manga term, seme from now on, is inexperienced, and so is the guy on the bottom - japanese term uke - then they can not only feel some pain, the uke can be seriously injured and even die from the damage caused!
(absentmindedly Tai strokes Naoki's hair)
Tai: They need to be slow and careful about it. And if the uke is uncomfortable or in pain, then stopping is the smartest, kindest and most difficult thing the seme can do! No matter what those two action figures show Shiki from comic books, uke do not enjoy being forced or hurt their first time.
Tai: If Kaine was crying then Shiki did the smartest thing he could be not finishing so he could be sure Kaine was going to be ok. It was a mark of how much he truely cares for Kaine - not a sign of cowardice.
A coward would have just raped Kaine and not cared about his feelings at all.
(Naoki stirs, waking from his nap)
Tai: *looking down at Naoki with a soft smile on his face, and a little sadness*
You have no idea how much strength of person it probably took Shiki to stop. Men tend to think with their penis, you know, and the penis doesn't care about much outside of blowing its wad in the nearest available orifice. A man who can successfully tell his penis NO is not a coward or weak.
Tai: *sounding very serious* You should understand, Cora, that real love means waiting until the one you love is ready.
(not fully awake, Naoki pulls closer to Tai, wanting to snuggle)
Tai: You don't need the details, but lets just say that I was where Shiki and Kaine are once myself...and it didn't work out so well. Shiki has shown himself to be a REAL man. Trust me.
(Naoki, not liking that Tai isn't paying him enough attention pushes up against his shoulder)
Tai: *laughs and loses the serious expression* Naoki, I'm almost finished talking to Cora, I promise. We'll have some pizza as soon as I'm done, ok?
(Pouting, Naoki drops his head into Tai's lap)
Tai: Anyway Cora, I guess this wasn't as hard to do as I thought it would be. Just remember, sometimes proof of love isn't in what a loved one does, but in what they don't do!
Oh, and tell Wussyboy Luis that I'll be writing soon - so he'd better be ready!
