Cora: *thinking to herself* I borrowed X's clothes... I think I look cute today - if I ask him for a date, he shouldn't say no!
Cora: *still thinking to herself* Then I can wear the gorgeous dress Vaieh made for me and really knock him out! *giggles outloud* Okay here I go!
V: *is making sticky notes* Things to do... kill Luis... and maybe Locke if I can fit it into my busy schedule.
Cora: *jumps on the bed, on her hands and knees* Good morning~~~!!
Cora: How are you today?
V: *grumblegrumble* I've got a conference call at two....
V: My plan sending Luis the tech manuals backfired... now he's too busy writing those to try to write anything creative.
Cora: Luis is still asleep... like a certain someone else we know...
Witten: zzzzZzzZZZzz
V: *sighs* Why am I not surprised? I'm going to have to bust some heads on this.
Cora: *giggles* Busting heads? What do you mean?
Cora: *teasing* V sounds grumpy this morning...
V: I'm just getting really stressed out.
Cora: Well maybe you should take a break and stop thinking about work for a while!
Cora: You're back home now.. you should relax.
V: You're right... I need to get away from this.
Cora: So let's talk about something else...
Cora: I'm really glad you are back home... I really missed you alot...
Cora: *sees the shiny chain on his belt and reaches out letting her fingers play over it* This looks familiar!
Cora: *pulls out the charm she has made for him, smiling widely* You're still wearing it...
V: Of course - why wouldn't I? You gave it to me..
Cora: *begins to blush, still smiling* I'm glad that it's important to you... did you miss me?
V: Yes I did.
*a pitter patter of feet*
Jani: CORA~~ *jumps on her*
Cora: Jani!! *squeezes her tight* I really missed you! I am so glad to see you!!
Jani: Hey you know what I found out? When a mommy spider and a daddy spider love each other very much... the mommy spider lays and egg and then the daddy spider runs over it putting a baby inside.. and then the mommy spider eats the daddy spider!!
Cora: ......
Jani: Okay I'm going to go play now!! *runs off*
Cora: You should really stop letting Osirus watch them...
V: I know. It can't be helped when I have meetings.
Cora: Where's Wolf? I haven't see him yet...
V: *gets out of his chair, moving to sit on the bed next to her* ... I have something to tell you.
Cora: What? What is it? What's happened?
V: *sits down on the bed next to Cora*
Cora: *immediately gets very concerned* Wolf? Where is he, what happened?!
V: Wolf got adopted by another family.
Cora: What.... he.. left?
V: He found a new family...
Cora: But... why? I didn't even get to say goodbye....
V: Sometimes things like this happened. We can't do anything about it. He promised he was going to write though.
Cora: But... Wolf...
Cora: He was my little boy... my little Wolf...
Cora: *starts to cry, covering her face with her hand* I miss him... *sobs*
V: *puts his arm around Cora's shoulder, pulling her closer to him*
Cora: *sniffling* He was special to me... I love him..
V: That's not going to change Cora.. even if he is with another family he knows that you still love him and that is important.
Cora: My heart hurts...
V: I understand. Mine hurts as well.
Cora: I hope he's happy at his new home...
V: *gives her hand a squeeze* I'm sure that he is.
Cora: *bursts into fresh tears* My little Wolf!!
V: *puts his arms around her* Shhh... don't cry.
Cora: *continues to sob* I just miss him so much!!
V: *tries to think about what to do for her*
Cora: *sobbing quiets down significantly, her face still buried into V's chest*
V: Why don't we get out of the house?
Cora: *pulls away, a little surprised wiping her eyes on her sleeve* What do you mean? You mean.. like... leaving the property?
V: Yeah.. of course.
Cora: But I'm not supposed to leave The Manor property... Eden will get angry.
V: Fuck what Eden says.
Cora: *looks down* Such strong language..
V: Well you're not a child.. you don't need supervision. I'll be with you anyways so it's not like you'll be alone.
V: I don't understand this stupid rule she's made.
Cora: *touches his hand, remember what Vaieh has taught her about flirting* You mean... like a date?
V: Uhmmm.. yeah. Sorta.
Cora: *gets very excited* Can we go somewhere really fancy? I have a new dress my friend Vaieh made for me that I really want to wear!
V: Sure, I think I can swing that. I've got my conference call at two, but I'll make reservations for 6:00 but let's be ready to go at 5 okay?
Cora: *runs off excitedly, squealing* Okay~~!!
V: *watches her leave* What did I get myself into..
