Xerxes: *lays dejectedly on Cora's bed, looking very emo*
Ophelia: *lays on top of X, mimicking his emo*
Ophelia: *as X makes a very pathetic sigh, she sighs as well*
Cora: *runs in, squeeing loudly and shutting the door behind her* X!! X~~~!!!
Cora: *excitedly jumps on top of X, being careful not to squish Ophelia* I'm going on a date!!!!
X: *whines* Why won't Locke come out of his room?
Ophelia: *sits on the corner of the bed, watching Cora and X*
Cora: *snuggles X, laying on his back* I don't know what's going on with him, X... he's been like this for days.
X: I slept in front of his door last night waiting for him to come out... *sniffles*
Cora: *snuggles to X closer, rubbing her cheek against the back of his neck* You poor sweetie...
Xerxes: *whimpers some more*
Ophelia: *lays on top of Cora's back, joining the pile of snuggle*
X: I've waited this long to see him.. I don't know why he's not letting me in.
Cora: It's not just you... he's been in there for days, he won't see anyone. Eden told Luis he was having a pouty fit about something or other...
Ophelia: *cuddles Cora, clingly tightly to the back of her shirt*
X: *maneuvers and rolls over* Anyway... you have a date? Really? With whom?
Cora: *giggles as her cheeks start to turn pink* With V~~ I didn't even have to ask him, he asked me!! I'm meeting up with him at 5!!
X: *teasing* Oh I'm jealous! V is waaay cute!
Cora: *gets serious, frowning* Don't even think about it. You have Locke.
X: *giggles* I was just teasing you - V is not really my type at all.
Ophelia: *starts to play with Cora's pink curls*
Cora: *sits up, taking Ophelia into her lap* I need help getting ready... I have a dress Vaieh made for me.. but I would like your help to make me look pretty...
X: *leans up on his elbows* A new dress? I wanna see it!
Cora: I'll let you see it.. will you help me?
X: Of course~!
Ophelia: *clings to Cora's shirt, snuggling her*
Cora: *giggles* I need Ophelia's help too!
X: Okay we've got a while before 5pm... let's see what we can do!!
Hours later... 5:30pm...
Cora: Well how do I look?
X: *makes a kissy noise* I'd molest you in a heartbeat!
X: I... uhh.. borrowed... one of Eden's purses for you!
Cora: *giggles* Not only are you threatening my... rather... recent virtue - but you are also kiefing bags from Eden! What do I do with that purse anyway?
X: Put your girlie arsenal in there of course!
Cora: What's a girlie arsenal? *reaches out to take the bag*
X: I have no idea...
Cora: Well what's in your purse?
X: ..... uhhhhm....*gets embarassed and abruptly gets up* I'm gonna go check on Locke. Good luck, Piki! *leaves the room*
Cora: *looks at the red bag* Girlie arsenal?
Cora: Well I could put my phone in there... *reaches out and puts her phone in the bag*
Cora: *hums as she opens her cabinet, seeing her stuffed kitty* ........
Cora: *mechanically reaches underneath the stuffed kitty, pulling out a shard of her mirror that she had broken nearly a month previously, completely silent*
Cora: *her hand moves slowly, sliding the sharp piece of mirror into her purse*
V: *looks at his watch as he stands in the hallway* It's past 5:30.. what is taking her so long...
V: I guess the rumor about girls being fashionably late is true...
Cora: *prances into the hallway, singing out* Here I am~~!!
V: *stares*
Cora: *smiles inwardly to herself, her cheeks turning a little pink with pleasure at V's staring* Well do you like my dress? My friend Vaieh made it for me...
V: *a little taken back* You look... really pretty...
Cora: *giggles a little provocatively, remembering things that Vaieh has taught her about flirting* You sound a little unsure...
Cora: *puts her fingers on her cheek and chin* For what it counts I think V looks very, very handsome...
V: *just stares at Cora as she walks by*
Cora: *walks past him a little ways, heading towards the door*
Cora: *using a move she picked up from Vaieh, turns around to look at him and smiles very brightly*
V: *immediately comes to her and offers for her to take his arm*
Cora: *takes V's arm, thinking inwardly to herself* Oh my god, Vaieh was right it DOES work!!
