Cora: Locke.. we need to talk.
Locke: *properly sulking in his chair, looking very angry* I have no interest in hearing about the bastard child you carry - it's not mine and that is the end of it!! Your condition disgusts me.. go away.
Cora: *sighs* I know you are very upset right now... but it's really important that I talk with you.
Locke: ...............
Cora: I got a message from Kai and Bhudo... and Tai'an is awake... they've tried to explain the situation to me.. but I still don't completely understand...
Locke: ...........
Cora: This isn't about who you are as I originally thought it was... Vaieh is in a really dangerous situation that doesn't have anything to do with you. But you are antagonizing the situation, Locke. If you would be patient and give it time then you could have what you wanted without putting her in danger... do you want to do that? Do you want her to die?
Locke: Don't be ridiculous.. of course not.
Cora: Then the only thing we can do right now is convince her to preserve her own life.... to think in crude Locke terms... she's more useful to you alive then dead.
Locke: *hisses* How dare you demean me with such logic.
Cora: *smiling slightly* Then you agree with me?
[Locke: ........... yes. Of course.
Cora: Tai'an... everyone... I hope you will forgive us this misunderstanding. Our world is very different from yours. The last thing we want is for our friend Vaieh is pain...
Cora: It's only been a few days... but I am losing alot without her being around... I would give anything I had for her to get better again...
Cora: I understand that honor means alot to you... honor to me is devotion to my friends... and loyalty to those I love. I hope you can understand why I am so viciously defending Vaieh's actions....
Cora: But we wouldn't be able to live with ourselves if she was to die because of us..
Locke: .............
Cora: Like I said before.. it's only been a few days and I am already lost without her.
Cora: I didn't mean to get angry... I just want her to be happy. I want all those I care for, even those who don't necessarily care about me to be happy... I will defend their happiness at all costs.
Locke: ......
Cora: But one cannot be happy if they are dead.
Locke: ......
Cora: *looks very distant, almost as if she's somewhere else* Unless... that is the only way to release them from their pain... *snaps back out of it* We hope that Vaieh recovers and can talk to us soon... we have alot of things to tell her. Byebye.
