Cora: Dear Margarette... I am very excited to have a new friend! It means alot to me to have other friends that are mothers.. Eden is good for information.. but sometimes she isn't as candid with me as I would like her to be. I've been reading alot of pregnancies and having babies.. but it's good to be able to talk to someone that will be candid with me about these things from personal experience.
Cora: So far my baby has been very quite... though my stomach gets big I don't feel much of her moving around. Sometimes it feels like I've got butterflies in my stomach.. but today I thought I felt a little something. Eden says she definately hears a heartbeat.. so I know my baby is still alive. I just worry that she is so quiet! Eden says this is normal.. I can't help but worry.
Cora: I'm also... scared to death of giving birth. Eden said it's horrendously painful... I am very frightened... What if something horrible happens and my baby dies? I've seen medicine shows on TV where the baby needs to be cut out of the mother and even then sometimes it doesn't make it! What if something horrible happens?!
Cora: *smiles again and pats her belly* But I don't spend my time dwelling on it.. for now I am so content to feel this little warm life growing inside of me. I feel so happy - no matter who her father is I know for sure that I am her mother. I love her very dearly.
Cora: I hope that my child will be as well behaved as your darling little Colette! She seems to be very sweet and she has her mother's looks.. very cute <3
