Tai: Hiya Princess. Um...I hope you don't mind me being dressed like this, but Lachlan hid my regular clothes and told me if I liked wearing her dress so much I could keep it on for the rest of the weekend....sheesh, sisters. I figure you probably won't have a problem with it given as you're so used to Xerxes.

Tai: I'm glad to hear another one of your friends was able to cheer you up, though not surprised. You have more friends than anyone I know - and you aren't the sort of person who was made to be sad for long.

Tai: I know I'm asking a lot, but, please don't be angry with Lachlan. She really meant well when she asked me to speak with you about Shiki and she wasn't at all trying to interfere your friendship with Kaine - she just hates seeing people angry at others and was hoping to make you feel better about the guys.

Tai: And please, don't be angry with her for deleting the message. Lachlan...I don't know how to explain this well, but she is extremely protective of me; she has been ever since...well since that incident happened.

Tai: See, our father happened to be shacking up with my Mom at the time instead of one of his other women, and when he found out I was gay he refused to let me return home after the hospital released me. Lachlan flew all the way to Japan to get me and bring me to her home and take care of me. Her mother was off doing a photoshoot somewhere, so Lachlan both Mom and Sister to me then. She really saved my life I think, because back then all I wanted was to die.

Tai: So you see, she was only trying to protect me and maybe it was wrong technically, but I'm not angry with her about it and I hope you'll find it in your hear to not be angry and forgive her too. Believe me Cora, though she wouldn't let it show when she spoke to you, Lachlan was just devastated by what happened and she absolutely takes responsibility for both you and I being hurt by it. She'll probably make me wear this dress for another week for telling you this, but she's really afraid she's alienated you forever, and you are really the only friend she has outside of Devon and Renji.

(The sound of running feet is heard and then a red blur slams into Tai, knocking him down)
Tai: AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

Tai: Naoki! I'm trying to message Cora right now. What do you need?
Naoki: C...C...Cora, Tai cry?

Naoki: Na'ki 'tect Tai!! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

Tai: NAOKI! Cora did not make me cry and you do not growl at my friends! I made myself cry, do you understand?
(Naoki stares in Tai's eyes to make sure he isn't being lied to, then nods)

Tai: Now you apologize to Cora for growling at her. You say "I'm sorry Cora."
Naoki: (looking ashamed of himself) I s..s...sorrrrrry C...C...Cora.
Tai: That's better. You can stay if you'll behave yourself.

Tai: Sorry about that Cora, Naoki is almost as bad as Lachlan for being overprotective. I suppose its similar to you are with your daughter, Camilla - ready to do anything to protect her. Ahem...and speaking of which...I have it on rather good authority that Camilla keeps a hit list of people she plans to "eliminate". I know this because I have recently been added to it and a certain evil nasty little girl cousin of mine enjoyed telling me that my death was iminent because she is going to supply her new friend with "biological weapons".

Tai: (smiling to show he isn't seriously worried about this development) You might want to have a little talk with Camilla about the potential consequences of committing murder at such a young age. Perhaps once she realizes that her actions would cause you more distress than any of her victims have, she may give the scheme up.

Tai: Well, I hope you get some sleep soon, although on the whole I'm not sure that's worse or better than PMS *laughs*. Y'know, I may be gay, but on a whole I'm pretty damn glad I'm male and don't have to go through all that stuff you women do! Anyway, gotta run now, I've been teaching Naoki how to play Go and he's waiting for our next match. Take care Princess!
