((My horticulture teacher calls this stuff
"Austrailian Tree Fern" even though it's not a true fern. Please realize
when I call this stuff a "fern" it's just because of it's common name,
not because it actually is))

Dru: *wanders into Cora's room, stopping* ........

Dru: What in the world....

Dru: *looks at the fern laying all over the floor* How did this get in here...?

Cora: *lays facedown on her bed, making some murmuring into her pillow*

Cora: *louder, muffled in her pillow* Dru is that you?
Dru: *lays his hand on her back* Yes Cora... you have... foilage all over your floor. From your closed window to your bed.... Did you do this?

Cora: *looks up* What... *looks at the fern laying all over her floor*.... No I didn't do this... that is very bizarre....
Dru: It is strange indeed...

Cora: Who in the world would buy austrailian tree fern and dump it in my room? It certainly didn't come from outside with all the snow and bitter weather we've been having.

Dru: How are you feeling, Cora?
Cora: A little better... I think I managed to doze off for a half hour. I just woke up a few minutes before you came in.

Cora: *whispers* But we should keep it down... Cami is still asleep <3

Dru: *whispers back* Of course... I feel terribly guilty, I may have given you both the bug I had earlier.
Cora: Oh no, don't even think that. I have never gotten ill like this before, I wonder what it could be?

Dru: *reaches out, taking her hand* Well what are your symptoms?
Cora: Well there was really only one...

Cora: It was this terrible ripping sensation in my chest, like someone was ripping my rib cage apart with their bare hands. It only lasted for about an hour.. and then I dozed, and then you came in.

Dru: *frowning* My poor sweet Cora... I am relieved to hear that you are feeling better though.

Dru: I fully intend to nurse you and Miss Camilla back to full health. As you have done for me.
Cora: *smiles* That's very sweet of you, Dru. Really I think I'll be fine.

Cora: *smiles still, playing with Dru's hand* Your hands are warm... they say "warm hands, cold heart" but now I know that the saying is simply not true.

Dru: My heart can be yours if you will have it Cora.
Cora: Dru...!!

Cora: I... I don't know what to say... I'm very flattered....

Dru: *leans forward, embracing Cora* If our love is not true, then I do not know what kind of love is, and I do not think it can exist....
Cora: *wraps her arms around his neck, holding him*

Cora: *thinking* Dru.....
