V: *sits down next to her, puzzled* I didn't have internet access.. I had X send you an e-mail through my account but... why would he tell you I would be gone for another month??
Cora: I don't understand what you are talking about.. but I'm still angry! I got an e-mail just last night saying you wouldn't be home for another whole month!!
V: Last night?? Hmmm... *remembers that Locke was messing around with his laptop*
Cora: If you think this is a cute trick to play on me.. you are wrong!! I am NOT amused!!
V: I did NOT send you an e-mail.. It must have been Locke.
Cora: Sure... just go and blame it on Locke.
V: I am not lying to you. I promise.
Cora: ... really?
V: When I got home last night, Locke was on my computer. X was the only one that has my password to my e-mail, so I’m guessing he must have told Locke. Locke then wrote said e-mail telling you I'd be gone for another month..
Cora: .... Oh.... I guess.. that makes sense...
Cora: But... Why would Locke play such a mean trick on me?
V: Are we even talking about the same person??
Cora: *jumps on him, her arms wrapping around his neck, clinging closely to him* I missed you!!!
V: I’m really glad to see you too. I’m glad you are safe and sound.
Cora: I thought about you everyday. Did you think about me? Did you miss me?
V: *cheeks redden a little* Of course I did.
Cora: I'm really glad you're home... How was your trip?
Vincent: It was.... interesting.... lots of work though.
Cora: You didn't work TOO hard did you??
V: .................
Cora: You got your hair cut, I really like it. *moves her hand to tuck some hair behind his ear*
Cora: *gasps* Oh my god!! What happened to your eye?!
V: *starts to tense up, and looks very uncomfortable* I... don't want to talk about it.
Cora: I understand... are you okay? *begins to pet his cheek rather absentmindly*
V: I'm okay, it's not as bad as it seems..
Cora: You poor darling... *gently kisses his eyelid* There, I kissed it and made it all better.
V: *blushes* Thanks..
Cora: You are not allowed to go on anymore business trips!! You look like you lost weight... and your eye got hurt. This is not allowed!!
V: *chuckles*
Cora: And... because I miss you too much when you leave.
V: *squeezes her gently*
Cora: Oh that reminds me! I have something for you~
V: Oh? What's that? You didn't have to get me anything...
Cora: Tah-dah!
Cora: *gets a little embarassed* It's a silly little thing... but I made it for you. I wore it around until you got home.
V: It's a very sweet gift.
Cora: Do you like it??
V: Yes, I will treasure it.
Cora: *becomes very pleased with herself and attached it to the belt loop on V's pants* There - now you can wear it. That's a real little flower in there.
V: *runs his fingers over the little heart-shaped charm*
Cora: I'm glad that I can finally give it to you.. I wore it all the time to remind me of you, and that you would come back.
V: I'm really glad I'm home now... I was thinking about you alot as well.
Cora: *begins to blush* I'm really glad... I was worried that you would forget all about me!!
V: I wouldn't forget about you. I might forget about Locke.... I would LIKE to forget about Locke.. *grumbles*
