Cora: *sleeps, quietly for once, tucked into her own bed*
Witten: *lays on top of Cora, protectively, sleeping*
Witten: *wakes up as he hears noises in the hallway, doors opening and shutting, his ears twitching*
Cora: *snoozes, not waking*
Witten: *crawls off the bed, heading out the door to investigate*
Ten Minutes Later.....
Xerxes: *creeps into Cora's room, peering from the foot of her bed, whispering* Cora~....
X: *climbs onto Cora's bed gently, minding her limbs under the blankets*
Cora: X?? You're here finally...
X: *lays on top of her playfully* Yes, sorry it took us so long to get here we had a bit of a late start. I know you were waiting for us.
X: *gets off of her sitting on the edge of the bed, sighing*
Cora: I'm glad to see you.. what is the matter?
X: *pouts* Locke's door is locked... I knocked and called for him and there was no answer...
Cora: He's been like that for days now.. I don't know what's going on.
X: *kisses Cora's forehead* Well I'm going to bed... *whining* my own bed... goodnight.
Cora: Nightnight X..
Cora: *sits up in her bed, thinking for a minute before getting up*
Cora: *leaves her room, entering the dark hallway before entering a room*
Cora: *climbs onto the bed trying to cause the least amount of disturbance*
Cora: *very quietly, barely a whisper* Oh ho.. you beat me here, silly kitty.
Cora: *lifts the blankets and climbs under very slowly*
Cora: *wraps her arm around V as she snuggles against him silently*
Vincent: *puts his hand over Cora's*
V: *half asleep and mumbling* Goodnight Cora...
Cora: Goodnight V~
V: *leaves his hand covering hers as he falls back asleep*
Cora: *snuggles closer against the back of V's shoulder, smiling to herself*
Cora: *thinking to herself* My heart is so full it feels as if it might burst...
Cora: *still thinking to herself* I love him... so very much... I will tell him as much soon...
Cora: *closes her eyes and drifts off to sleep*
